Customer Service Representative - Customer Support Tech

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative - Customer Support Technician in Hopkinton, MA.

The right candidate will have a strong customer service background and is able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for contract entitlement checking, researching disputes, and invoicing customers for time and materials.

Performs contract entitlement checking and works with customer directly to resolve issues based upon contracted level of service Researches contracts when entitlement disputes arise and drives correction to operating system and contract data.
Invoices customers for remote and field services that are not covered under current contract status.
Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set.
Maintains good internal and external customer relationships.
Works under normal supervision.
Follows established directions.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality.
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing Executes Disaster Recovery procedures if needed, according to established protocols.
Implements, escalates procedures in a timely manner to appropriate personnel as directed by Global Support Center Shift leads and management.
Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set.
Maintains good internal and external customer relationships.
Works under normal supervision.
Follows established directions.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality.
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing Performs other duties as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
