JOB DUTIES: Manage overall quality program for one or more products, coordinating with diverse multiple cross-functional teams, defining priorities and allocation of resources to each EMC program, project and/or initiative. Report EMC project plans, progress, and results. Direct and support the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for EMC product development. Develop and manage multiple highly complex technical EMC programs that include diverse practices, services and/or initiatives. Establish quality targets with cross-functional teams to align with EMC business unit objectives. Develop, define and manage execution of critical EMC program elements. Ensure completion of all specific deliverables and tactical initiatives required to support practices, services and/or initiatives. Enable EMC product tracking infrastructure within SAP/CSI systems. Partner with EMC Global Services and Engineering teams to accurately set up EMC Models/Products for system traceability and product performance. Provide guidance and/or recommendations to improve both EMC process and product performance based on field data and metrics analysis. Lead triage process for critical customer impactful events to facilitate field performance monitoring. Partner with Business units to determine EMC product EOL (End of Life) or EOSL (End of Service Life) to ensure accurate data capture and total customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field plus 60 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation. Experience must include 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include: 1) GreenPlum Database; 2) Connectrix; 3) Atmos; 4) CTA (Cloud Tiering appliance); 5) Agile Methodology; and 6) TOAD. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
