DUTIES: Provide technical and/or (business consultative) services during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle. May provide technical or business analytical leadership for specific product groups or business objectives in order to engage the customer or implement and maintain an engagement. Responsible for the delivery of the technical architecture design, strategies and plans that will be delivered in the engagement, works closely with project management to define project deliverables and schedules. Participates in the installation, customization, and integration of an EMC solution. May be assigned to projects that utilize CLARiiON, Celerra, VNX, DMX, Isilon, EMCopy, Cloud Technology, CDMS, SANCopy and MirrorView. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the US.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin,(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field. 60 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation.
Experience must include 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include: 1) AOS/VS operating system; 2) DG/UX; 3) SCO Unix; 4) AIX; 5) Backup and Recovery using Legacy tape technology; 6) Modem and Line Driver Technology; 7) Shell Scripting; 8) Solaris; and 9) HP-UX. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
