As the IT Systems Administrator, the person will be responsible for executing day-to-day backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is sent off site as needed. It is the task of the IT Systems Administrator to install, configure update, patch and resolving different physical and virtualized operating systems. duties sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice. Identify needs, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues. This individual will also research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Requirements
1-3 years of system administrator experience

BS degree in computer science
