DUTIES: Advise senior executives on solving the companys most pressing strategic issues. The team is primarily comprised of alumni from top management consulting firms with a passion for information technology. Will be engaged in all major transformation programs and strategic initiatives across EMC, such as defining the next generation cloud services, developing future business models, identifying strategic acquisitions and transforming organizations globally. Formulate recommendations and articulate implementation plans. Support business units on the formulation and execution of their strategic initiatives. Provide critical project team leadership. The impact of the initiatives range from strategic mergers and acquisitions, revenue growth to cost optimization. Requires understanding of EMCs market, competitors, product lines, and internal operations. May be assigned to projects that require proven experience in enterprise data storage industry, distributed storage industry, strong analytical skills to develop insights into complex business issues, VBA application development, cultivation of strategic alliance opportunities, strong presentation skills to engage with C-suite executives, and full proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered, or computer related occupation. Experience must include 1) project management, 2) financial and statistical modelling, 3) asset valuation and financial statement analysis, 4) supply chain management optimization, 5) pricing strategy, 6) cost structure optimization, 7) channel strategy, 8) competitive analysis, 9) Market entry analysis and planning, and 10) Business process optimization. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
