Job Duties: Manage team of QA engineers as well as complex software testing projects for key features of XtremIO product. Regularly present performance results to XtremIO management team. Develop work plans, establish technical objectives, assigns tasks, manages priorities, and manages resources. Ensures that technical objectives are met within time and cost constraints. Responsible for automation and documentation of software tests. Ensures system tests are successfully completed and all problems are resolved. Leads cross functional team from many areas in the company and coordinates successful completion of test plans. Assesses software code to assist in architecture decisions and reviews. Manage a team that provides customer support for internal customer base, ensuring good relations with other departments that are testing EMC product. Trains new team members in both the product and the new features including the tools for automation and test within the team.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin,(any) Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) FAST VP for Symmetrix, 2) Symmetrix Federated Tiered Storage, 3) EMC VFCache, 4) IOMeter, 5) DCB, COPA, IVP testing tools, and 6) RDF. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
