Inside Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a full-time, Inside Sales Manager. The customer service & inside sales management role will manage inside sales / customer service staff and be responsible for creating and implementing new department processes and solutions as needed, while managing a group of professionals in delivering world-class inside sales management and technical support.
This position will require the manager to carry out inside sales campaigns working with a high volume manufacturing product with a large customer mix. Will manage approx. $50 million dollar in orders, multi lines that are produced at various factories. Will assist in taking sales, service and warranty calls assisting customers with questions, warranty issues and orders for parts and attachments as they are received via phone, fax, or email, as well as being responsible for coordinating shipping of products for orders placed through a number of direct reports.

Responsibilities:
Continuously identify, create, implement and train on processes needed to improve department efficiency and performance.
Assist sales department budgeting and forecasting
Provide guidance, training and mentoring to sales / service staff.
Be cooperative, positive, and respectful with customers in determining needs, issues, and providing ongoing support.
Use problem solving skills to handle customer issues appropriately.
Answer technical questions about specific parts, accessories and attachments.
Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.
Receive and process sales orders for parts; quotes, pricing, availability, shipping, etc.
Process paperwork for shipping; shipping labels, packing slips, sales invoices, etc.
Assist with attachment sales calls as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
BS Degree with a minimum of 10 years of high level customer service and inside sales management experience, with at last 5 years held in a leadership role, managing, mentoring, and leading a group of professionals and implement processes for better efficiencies.

Looking for a technically savvy, systems oriented person who has a background dealing with technology based products. ERP background helpful ( ie; JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, etc. ). Strong computing skills and Microsoft Office experience required. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical (written, verbal, listening). Ability to work independently as well as on a team and as a leader. Self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to motivate others. Consistently meets deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
