What you'll achieveThis role will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of one the most critical and visible internal transformations for the company over the next several years - the modernization of our Customer Data ecosystem.
This initiative, prioritized through the office of the COO, aims to centralize all legacy sources of Customer Data across Dell's technology ecosystem today into one modern, central ecosystem, and bring capabilities that support improved governance including AI stewardship, an improved compliance and privacy posture for the company, and the ability to shape personalized experiences for our customers.
This will be a challenging endeavor and require careful management and coordination of work across many interlocking teams, but it is essential for the future growth of the company and offers the candidate who is hired into this role a great opportunity to grow and be highly visible across multiple business units and senior executives.
The program will be conducted in an agile fashion, with multiple workstreams and delivery windows occurring throughout the duration.
You will:
Responsible for managing the planning and execution of work across this program and providing regular readouts to executive leadership Building a centralized plan of work that will be delivered across multiple quarters/years Collaborate with the key stakeholders of all product and engineering teams involved to track delivery and manage risks Managing vendor relationships and ensuring accountability and positive partnership across all Dell partners involved in the delivery of this effort Provide regular readouts to executive management on progress Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements 10
years of experience managing the financial plan of a $50M
initiative and experience managing cross-functional technology transformations The ability to deal with ambiguity, determine the appropriate path forward with the facts available, and help manage the team to the right decision points Strong coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Executive presence.
There will be a lot of negotiation and regular readouts and input from senior executives inside the company Resilience.
