What you'll achieveThis role will be responsible for leading the implementation of the community impact skill-building program, Girls who Game, which empowers young girls to explore the intersection of technology and education through gaming.
The Implementation Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of the program, managing program resources, and schedules.
This position requires a strong background in program management, partnerships management, and a passion for empowering underrepresented groups in the field of technology.
You will be responsible for:
Girls Who Game Program Management:
Lead the Girls who Game program end to end, overseeing all aspects of its execution.
Build and sustain systems that bring operational rigor enabling program growth and agility.
Lead the program team and stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise to ensure program success Budget Management:
Manage the program budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to achieve program goals effectively Participant Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants, ensuring that all girls feel welcome and supported.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements 5
years related project management, community-based initiatives, product management, corporate sustainability or corporate social responsibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Collaborative mindset, and ability to work with a wide range of internal partners Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Desirable RequirementsExperience in working with diverse communities and an understanding of cultural sensitivity in educational settingsWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
