HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and monitor some Human Resources functions! Responsibilities Payroll Management Process Payroll Process Insurance Bills Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation New Hire Orientation New Hire Onboarding Administer benefit programs Leave Management Implement training and development plans Plan 30 60 90 day and annual performance review sessions Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records Low Level Employee Relations Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation HR File Management & Maintenance Skills Proven work experience as a Payroll/Benefits Specialist or HR Generalist Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process Familiarity with Leave Management & Labor Laws Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities Bachelors Degree Required Recommended Skills Communication File Manager Labor Relations Labour Laws Laws Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
