We have a building that is newly renovated.
We offer an excellent work environment.
A small staff is in the office during weekdays.
Services are on Sunday so a few hours of Saturday work is required.
Job Title:
Custodian Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Vacuum carpets and rugs - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel - Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as needed Skills:
- Experience in floor care, including buffing and waxing - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Ability to operate custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Understanding of facilities maintenance principles - Knowledge of industrial cleaning products and their safe usage We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team.
As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently.
This is a part-time position with competitive pay.
